Parkway Volkswagen Derby were fantastic because of their choice of vehicles. However, the sales tactics were extremely aggressive & there was zero contact from the dealership. Furthermore, the infotainment system was not reset.
My experience at Parkway Volkswagen Derby could have been better because the hand over was non-existent and then I had issues because I wasn’t shown how tho use the vehicle properly and I’m still having issues with now that I keep getting messed around with !!!!
